Delta Three [D3]
For tendons and muscle
Description
The Delta 3 session lasts approximately 1 hour and includes re-testing of weak areas found in session one and two, 30 minutes of table work, and 3rd Voice-Tone CD.
You will not re-tone in this session. Creation of the CD and table work occur the same as in previous session, and you will have your custom CD take home and listen to at night until your next appointment.
Instructions
Listen to your Delta 3 CD at night until your next appointment in 2 weeks. Listen to your CD only once per night.
While listening, try to let go of everything in your mind and focus on the harmonics of your voice realizing that it is you. If any irritation occurs remember this CD is a recording of your own voice and there may be a sense of self-rejection coming up. Try lowering the volume or listen every other day.
If any questions arise during your program, email Oshi directly at oshi@sohaonline.org.
During your program
You are still working with the body and its processes. Stresses in the body are at this level as well; so don’t be surprised if you are still experiencing some of the same symptoms as Delta 1. Adjust dosages accordingly.
- Profound tiredness ~ a feeling that you could sleep for 12 hours. This is usually a sign that all of your energy is being used for the purpose of healing
- Flu-like Symptoms: Reactions from your secondary elimination organs may occur as body is releasing toxins
− Sinuses: flu-like symptoms, runny nose, etc.
− Lungs: coughing, excessive clearing of the throat
− Skin: rashes, sweats
- Increased urination and bowel movements
- Nightmares, night-sweats, excessive mental activity (usually between 1:00 - 3:00am)
Specific uses for your Delta 3 CD after completing Phase 1
Delta 3 is the third and final somatic brain state for the body. This CD is an excellent medicine for tendons and muscles, and will provide a deep sense of relaxation for these areas. Your D3 CD is a great way to give yourself an internal massage.
Each CD is custom made for you. As is true for all CDs created at SoHA, they should not be duplicated or given to others.
