Gamma

Description

The Gamma CD is in the next advanced level of Neuroacoustic Entrainment for those of you who have done a minimum of 4 Phase Canceling Behavioral statements and have your own Personal Epsilon CD. Gamma is a single CD with incredible sustaining effects. The Gamma CD is the "Ah-ha moment" and trains the neurology to extend into more expansive states of awareness with more sensitivity.

Instructions for Gamma

Listen only once per day or in sequence (following) your Personal Epsilon. This listening sequence is recommended for no less than two months (8 weeks) before returning to regular Phase Canceling routines.

During your program

The purpose of Gamma induction is for mental focusing at very high levels. Your Gamma CD is very strong and will most likely cause drowsiness for the first week or so. After an initial “linking” with your Gamma brain waves, you might feel a definite change in mental energy and alertness. This is normal, but will not make for a good sleep CD after this effect occurs.

Specific uses for continued use of your Gamma CD

The Gamma CD can be listened to it in sequence with the personal Epsilon, and is excellent for continued use in supporting the neurology in expanding awareness and witnessing. The Gamma CD has also been know to increase creative desire and problem solving. Creative desire is the longing that opens creative channels and access to creative energies.

Gamma waves can also be used behind a Phase Canceling for an incredibly powerful result. As with the Epsilon instructions, listen only once per day for the first week, and no more than twice per day after the one week induction period. Hyper Gamma

Hyper Gamma is the higher of the two Gamma levels that connect the hemispheres of the brain. At the Hyper Gamma level, you open to a fuller level of awareness that allows a streaming flow of consciousness. When working with the Hyper Gamma, you will notice pauses in speech. These pauses allow space for more wisdom. You will begin processing thoughts and emotions faster and with greater detachment.
