What is 'the work' at SoHA?

The work at SoHA is a creative technology. The question you want to ask yourself as you come towards this technology is, "At what level do I want to live my life?"

If you are looking at your life, and you know you would like to live it with a deeper sense of yourself, a more genuine sense of your heart being expressed, and you can sense sometimes that there is more in you to express, a more authentic you - a sense of your own spirit that calls you to fulfillment - actually overall a greater sense of aliveness, loving more deeply, expressing more genuinely, feeling your life, and experiencing it in your body, in the moment...

If you ever thought, "I can't die this way, without having truly experienced my life. I am just at this level of repeating a creation."

Then what we are looking at is supplying you the safety and the energy to be able to study yourself. And an opportunity to get at the places that were either conditioned in you in your childhood when your neurology was very open, and all you could do is learn reactions to respond to your environment, or inherited patterns - ways of being, that live deep in the DNA, that seem to run you.

The SoHA environmentment will help to begin to have you understand, and give you the space to distinct what is not you, and open the place in your heart to give yourself the chance to emerge, to come forward.

We will give you the supportive energy to come forward, and be cared about in places where there is fear that you are not enough, that you are unloveable.

All this in order to encourage you to stand stronger for what is true in you.

ApolSeeds ~ Journey to Ecuador

Dear Journeyers,

The journey to Ecuador is upon us. We are very excited and know that the heart openings that Ecuador, and especially the children we are going to visit, is huge.

Heart openings and journeys that expand us have us looking forward in a way that excites us. What there is to remember is that these "journeys" must meet what has been stopping our hearts and expansion in our present lives. What we are really talking about here is our fears. Presently our lives are constructed and constricted by our fears of expanding our love. As you prepare for this journey please begin to be AWARE and EMBRACE that some of these fears may begin to shake their little tails and rattle you.

As on any "true journey" through the unconscious (which South America does represent the deeper energies) one must have courage and insight. The invitation is to "JOURNEY INWARDS" and explore what is moving within that is creating reactions outside of you.

This is your journey, what you are perceiving and interpreting is wisdom about your life. Any stuckness or resistance can be placed outside of you but truly it may also be interpreted as the measure of how profound and life changing the experience can be.

So what is actually happening for the students in OneDream?

"In OneDream you learn to open an inner channel, as the beginning to opening a deeper/larger connection with Spirit.  

We are actually going into an altered state experience hoping that students connect a little more with their insides and listen a little more to Spirit. 

This is an awareness training in how they view themselves. We are giving them a whole different perspective of themselves - this is an enormous thing to take in.  It is like buying a new lens - you get to use it if you want to.  Some people take well to the new lens, and other people will put it on the shelf for awhile, but somehow it is always connected to them.  They never quite see the world the same - or themselves the same.

"We can give people what they want the most: home and love and family, an inner home and outer home.  The inner foundation of love from which all the rest of life grows.

We support the psyche in how it is evolving itself and the places it needs to heal. We don't put people through a non-integrated phenomenon.  We care for them - so they can create a reality from the healing.  Most places just want to get at 'the thing' - we get at it for a purpose, with love and care and nurturance.

In truth, we are exceptional at being able to provide a collective group of people giving care, love and nurturance as a very real force that produces healing in an organic flow of the psyche.

We continue to be inspired by the passion and dedication we see in our students, who are all working to evolve their mission in life. We created more navigable websites with additional resources, search tools, and a new visual design to support your inner work.
