Epsilon is the first of four stages of brain activity in the Meditating Guru. These active brain waves were recorded and processed using specific algorithmic progressions to get an exact number to divide by. We then combine your brain waves with those of the Guru in meditation and the effect becomes correspondent.
The Epsilon CD works on the pre-frontal lobes of the brain around the pituitary and pineal areas. Stimulating these areas has been known to dramatically increase intuition, instinct and psychic confidence. It also helps to increase a space of no mind - a witness space. For this reason, a personal Epsilon is mandatory for all advanced work. Epsilon also is effective in producing deeper more tranquil sleep state providing you with greater stamina and endurance.
Instructions for Epsilon
Listen only once per day for the first week, and no more than twice per day after the one week induction period. Listening to your personal Epsilon consistently for two weeks total is required before beginning your Gamma CD.
During your program
The brain state of the Guru in this first stage of meditation is what we call “Epsilon” and is known in Sanskrit as Vitarka. This mild state of correspondence with the Peaceful Mind often has the effect of mindlessness or deep stillness, and therefore should be listened to only at night while in bed until you teach yourself to stay awake for it.
After a minimum of one week of nightly listening you should experience a deeply calming effect during and after the induction. This state can last up to two hours after listening, so please be mindful of its effects.
Specific uses for continued use of your Personal Epsilon
The Personal Epsilon works on the pre-frontal lobes of the brain stimulating the pituitary and pineal areas, known to increase intuition, instinct, and confidence. Epsilon is also effective in producing the state of "no-mind" with deeper, more tranquil sleep states, while supporting greater stamina and endurance during relaxed awakened states.
Each CD is custom made for you. As is true for all CDs created at SoHA, they should not be duplicated or given to others.
